Is this a one-size-fits-all program?
No, the program is tailored to your specific fitness goals, including general fitness, weight loss, etc.
Can there by more than one student per session?
No, everyone's fitness goals are different, notwithstanding their current state of physical fitness. To ensure an effective session, taking into consideration safety, sessions must be conducted on a 1-1 basis.
Can I learn martial arts via this program?
While I am a martial arts practitioner and my training program is action-sports inspired, I am not a qualified martial arts instructor; my core focus remains functional fitness training. You will learn a few things about martial arts in my program; however, if your core focus is martial arts, there are many reputable martial arts schools in Singapore to learn Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ, etc. I am happy to make an introduction.
I'm not keen in sports, I just want to learn the basics and lose some weight, is your program suitable?
Yes, the program is tailored to your specific goals. Functionality and sustainability are the guiding principles of this program. Over the years, I've trained clients from all walks of life, and helping them find their motivation and purpose has proven to be the key to their continued success in their fitness journey.
Are the rates negotiable?
No, the rates were entry-level priced (and transparent) by design to attract and encourage people not active in the fitness space to sign up. I believe that fitness and the knowledge behind it should be accessible. My mission is to give value to clients genuinely keen on improving their fitness and overall well-being.
